I had not been running outside it months. My shoes and my soul appreciated it.
I made through the week without my beloved diet coke (okay! Fine! I had one, but suffered lots of headaches in between)
I made it through the week by using my gym membership like it should be used— regularly.
I made it through another week without gaining weight.
I made it through the week and lost 5.6lbs!
Finally on track to where I want to be.
I may not have the huge boobs, but when I lose the 30-40lbs that I need to lose Christina Hendricks better watch out.
I was running late this morning so I had to settle for breakfast cafeteria style. I still wish I hadn’t left my banana. Hmph.
Zumba is offered Tuesday and Thursday nights at my gym. I always make it to both classes because it is the most fun form of exercise I have yet to partake in. Tonight, Kelly, our instructor, told us she will no longer be doing Thursday night classes. Kick boxing will take its place.Booooo.
Ah well. I’m sad, but ready for something new (kick boxing has only been offered during the day while I was at work previously)
GPOYW: This is me. This is all 219.8 lbs of me.
I’ve always been really uncomfortable in my own skin and actually have already lost a significant amount of weight, but I’m not even close to being where I would like to be.
I’ve posted quite frequently on my other tumblr about my unhappiness with my body, but this blog, this outlet is for me.
I’m not holding back.
